Your team may change. Your development shouldn’t.
Serious development. Still a childhood.
A long-term development home for baseball and fastpitch athletes—starting now in Stafford.
Youth development has become fragmented.
A team here. A lesson there. Cage time somewhere else. Camps, clinics, technology and different coaches across different seasons.
Families invest enormous time, energy and money—but are often left asking whether their athlete is actually improving and what should come next.
BDA stays with the athlete through changing teams, coaches and seasons.
Not a travel team. We complement the team and preserve development continuity.
Not cage rental. Every rep connects to a purpose, a plan and a next step.
Not disconnected lessons. Coaching, technology and learning work together.
One athlete. One connected development experience.
Built for the long term. From rec to travel to school ball—and every stage between.
The facility is headquarters. The product is the athlete’s development.
Know where you are. Know what to work on. Prove you’re getting better.
01Assess
Objective measurement plus coach observation establishes the baseline.
02Prescribe
Results become a clear, rank-appropriate development plan.
03Train
Small-group coaching and deliberate repetitions build the right skills.
04Measure
Repeatable standards create a visible history of change.
05Apply
Athletes take the work into competition and learn what transfers.
06Keep loving it
Hard work, confidence, friendships and the feeling of a great dugout.
Technology measures progress. Coaches guide development. Athletes do the work.
An uncommon technology stack. One connected athlete experience.
BDA has already invested in HitTrax, Rapsodo, ArmCare, Pocket Radar and OVR technology—alongside JUGS and Sports Tutor pitching machines, video and standardized testing equipment.
Each tool provides a piece of the picture. The BDA advantage is bringing them together around one athlete, one report card and one development plan.
Better information should lead to the next useful action—not simply more data.
HitTrax. Rapsodo. ArmCare. Pocket Radar. OVR. JUGS. Sports Tutor.
Objective report cards built from real evidence.
Every quarter begins with a consistent, coach-led assessment across hitting, throwing, running, defense and athletic movement. Standardized equipment and conditions create a baseline athletes can return to over time.
Josh Murrell is BDA Member #1. A sample report is illustrative.
Parents see what is improving.
Athletes see what they are chasing.
Coaches spend more time teaching.
A family story—with a full team behind it.

Now building
Vice President of Fastpitch
Help us build the fastpitch side of BDA.
We are searching for the right Vice President of Fastpitch/Softball Development to build the curriculum and coaching team—and ensure fastpitch athletes receive equal depth, technology and long-term commitment from day one.
The beginning is personal. The long-term vision is big.

Concept
Athletes who start early are not waiting for BDA to open. They are already building their history, relationships and progress.
Early Access is not a deposit on a future building. It is an opportunity to begin the BDA development journey now.
